Waterford and Cork clash in the first week of Allianz Hurling League Division 1 action.
The Rebels travel to Walsh Park for the opener in a live TV game against last year's beaten league finalists Waterford. Former boss Kieran Kingston is back at the helm for the new season as Cork continue their quest for a first Liam MacCarthy since 2005.
The Deise, meanwhile, are under new management for 2020, after former Tipperary minor and under-21 manager Liam Cahill took the reins.
Waterford endured a dismal Championship following a strong league showing while Cork were dumped out in the All-Ireland quarter-final by Kilkenny.
