Two of many people's favourites for the Liam McCarthy Cup will clash this weekend in the Munster Championship.

All-Ireland champions Limerick were brought back to reality with a laboured opening day loss to Cork.

But John Kiely's have come back strongly with convincing wins over Waterford and Clare.

They look set for a top three spot in Munster but a win here will almost certainly see them into the provincial final against their opponents this weekend.

Tipp are three from three and have racked up some big tallies in seeing off Cork, Waterford and Clare.

The match will throw in at 2pm on Sunday 16 June.
