What time and channel is Liverpool v Leeds on in Ireland? All you need to know as the Premier League returns

It's the Premier league champions against the Championship champions in an intriguing season opener at Anfield today.

Jurgen Klopp's men were head and shoulders above the rest as they ended a 30-year title drought at Merseyside, but now find themselves the team to beat as they kick off the new season.

And their opening task is a tough one, with Marcelo Bielsa's Leeds United side back in the big time after 16 years in the Championship.

Irish fans can expect fireworks on Saturday evening as both sides used to winning attempt to hit the ground running.
