What time and channel is Limerick v Cork on? Team news, betting odds, TV information and more

The Munster Hurling championship already reaches a critical crossroads this weekend as Cork, much like Waterford, face a must-win game if they are to continue hurling for the summer.

And what a crossroads it's likely to be as we see a repeat of last summer's match of the year when John Meyler's men head to the Gaelic Grounds to take on reigning All-Ireland champions Limerick.

Limerick come in fresh off league success and a week off last weekend as Cork know that nothing less than a win is needed if they're to get back on track and finish in the top three.

John Kiely's men will be thankful that the Rebels aren't riding a wave of momentum from the opening weekend after they were afforded an extra week before their campaign begins - they're staring down the barrel of four successive ties in an intense schedule.

Here's everything you need to know ahead of the big game:

Limerick defender Sean Finn: "No, I don't think anyone will win four in Munster this year, it's certainly unlikely, even though that would be your dream.

“I reckon you're likely to get through with six or even five points. You have to win two of your games at least and then see what else happens.

“It's so competitive you can't be concentrating on the first or the third or the last game, it's a matter of taking every single game as it comes and getting the most you can out of each one.

“If you get the one point for a draw you'll take that because, look at last year - those draws really mattered.”
