The final round of Premier League fixtures will be played this afternoon as the season is played to a close over two months after it was scheduled to end.
It has been a season like no other, with the last few rounds of games being played behind closed doors due to Covid-19.
Relegation is yet to be decided with two teams from Aston Villa, Bournemouth and Watford to go down, while two from Manchester United, Chelsea and Leicester City will have secured Champions League football by the of the day.
