Cavan and Donegal will contest this year's final at the climax of a thrilling Ulster championship.

The Breffni men make the short trip to Clones this Sunday to contest their first Ulster final in 18 years when they face defending champions Donegal.

Declan Bonner's men are riding a wave of momentum after a labouring win over Fermanagh and then a pulsating win over favourites Tyrone last week sets them up well for an assault at a second successive Ulster crown.

But Cavan come in rich form themselves, shocking Monaghan in Breffni Park in the quarter-finals before coming from behind to earn a replay against Armagh - they had six points to spare then in the rematch.
