What Thomas Partey said about Saka, Odegaard and Smith Rowe after Arsenal's win over Norwich

Arsenal made it four consecutive wins in the Premier League with a resounding 5-0 win over bottom of the table Norwich City on Boxing Day.

A double from Bukayo Saka, as well as goals from Kieran Tierney, Alexandre Lacazette and Emile Smith Rowe capped off a very enjoyable afternoon for the Gunners, who ensured that they will be in the top four by the time the new year comes with another three points.

As good as the overall performance was, there were some stellar moments from individuals, especially from some of Arsenal's young stars.

That much has been recognised by Ghana international, Thomas Partey, who stated after the game how much he likes playing alongside the likes of Saka, Martin Odegaard and Smith Rowe.

"It is very enjoyable, I enjoy a lot playing with them," he told Arsenal Media.

"They are good talents, a lot of people around that can play with them and they have a lot of quality in front of goal and they can score at any time, so it is a joyful moment playing with them.

"We feel very happy. This is a game we really enjoyed. We have had a couple of games now where the team is doing very well and performing and I think this is what we have to keep doing.

"I think we are working harder, we are doing what we have to do, everyone is playing their role very well and that is the mentality that the coach wants us to play with and enjoy one the field and that is what we are doing."

Arsenal were set to play Wolves on the 28th but due to Covid concerns in the midlands side's camp, Bruno Lage had an insufficient number of players available to fulfil the fixture.

An announcement confirmed that the game will be rescheduled in due course and any tickets and/or hospitality packages purchased for the fixture will be valid for the rescheduled date.

Their next fixture is now on New Year's Day against Manchester City.
