Images of new luxury apartments which feature a Marks & Spencer Simply food store in Mumbles have been released.
Based in Newton Road, the luxurious development features nine exclusive apartments located right by the beach.
Each apartment will feature underfloor heating and full height Porcelanosa tiling. There will also be the benefit of communal grounds, secure gated parking, and lift access.
Three bedroom and two bedroom apartments are available as well as duplex and penthouses.
However, if you did fancy owning one of these swanky apartments then prices start from £600,000.
In 2017, the planning application was approved by Swansea Council for the former British Legion site, which has stood empty for almost a decade after the building was demolished.
It has since been used as a car park and market space, but the application proposes a mixed development, with a 1,295 square-metre retail food store, with 61 basement car parking spaces, and nine apartments, with a further 15 associated parking spaces.

Marks & Spencer has expressed interest in working from the site.
In a letter submitted to the committee as part of the application in 2017, it said it had been looking to open a store in the village for the past six years.
And it confirmed it would commit to a 15-year-lease to run one of its food hall branches, creating around 50 jobs.
