House GOP lawmakers held a franking “contest” to see who could increase their outreach to constituents the most. Rep. Rodney Davis, who has previously won the challenge, presented winner Rep. Dan Newhouse with a wrestling belt of his own. Newhouse credited his communications director, Elizabeth Daniels, with much of his success.
