What the Chelsea players shouted at Kepa Arrizabalaga as he suffers training ground misery

Chelsea's players are in high spirits at the moment and they have every right to be.

Since Thomas Tuchel's arrival, the Blues have gone on a 13-game unbeaten streak, putting themselves firmly back in contention for a top four finish and making their way into the Champions League quarter-finals after beating La Liga leaders Atletico Madrid.

The Cobham training ground is a happy place to be and that was evident in a video released on the club's official YouTube channel showing behind the scenes footage of training.

Chelsea take on Sheffield United in the FA Cup quarter-finals on Sunday, with the Blues heavy favourite to reach the last four as they go up against the Premier League's rock bottom side.

One player who might not be in such high spirits as the rest of his team-mates, however, is £72million goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga.

He has made just nine appearances this season, with summer signing Edouard Mendy the number one at the club.

But, the young Spaniard was smiling and enjoying his time on the training ground, perhaps safe in the knowledge that he would get a game this weekend, having played in the previous three round of the competition.

In the ' Unseen Extra ' video of training, the Chelsea players were involved in a game akin to foot tennis, with one player in the middle tasked with getting the ball into one of a number of black bins.

The ball was not allowed to touch the ground and went from one end to the other and back again before Kepa, in the middle, was tasked with getting the ball in a bin.

After missing on the first attempt, Kepa was given a second chance and a glorious chance it was too, set up for him by Olivier Giroud.

And his team-mates could be heard shouting encouragement at him as he attempted to get the ball in the bin.

"Go on Keps, yes Keps, you've got it Keps," they shouted, but he could not do it.

A third chance followed.

"Yes Keps, you've got to get it this time, it's your time, it's all you, it's all you," was shouted at the keeper as he juggled with the ball, before then missing once again.

Kepa put his hands on his head, turning away smiling as his team-mates all ridiculed him, with Tammy Abraham feigning to throw the ball at him before hugging him.

It was all in good fun, with the antics high-spirited.

There were two games going on, with Mendy in the middle in the other game and he too failed to get the ball in when the camera went to him.
