What the average price of a property will get you in different parts of Wales

Has the New Year brought with it a desire for a change of scene?

Well, if you're looking around for a new place to live it's worth knowing what you can get for the average house value in every area of Wales.

From a ramshackle fixer-upper in the country to somewhere a bit nearer the city that you can move right into, £199, 536 can certainly get you a good range of homes.
