What Taylor Swift fans must do next after presale email and extra gigs

This is what Taylor Swift fans must do next after receiving their email about presale from Ticketmaster, with important changes made to ticket sales.

Taylor will perform at Anfield in Liverpool and various other locations in the UK from June to August. Fans had to register in advance with either Ticketmaster or Liverpool Football Club to be in with a chance of priority access.

With the announcement of extra shows, the original dates and timings have been changed. Please note that the exact access code will come in a separate email so fans have been told not to panic if they don't get this in the email today.

However, those who won’t be getting a presale code could still be in with a chance of seeing Taylor live. This is what fans of the singer should do next depending on their situation.

When will I receive an email from Ticketmaster?

Emails confirming whether fans would receive an presale code were due to land in inboxes today. However, with the announcement of extra gigs, that window has now been extended. Swfities will receive a further email from either Ticketmaster or American ticket outlet AXS confirming their selected/waitlist status by 11.59pm on Friday July 14.

What should I do if I’ve got an email saying I will get an access code?

If you are fortunate enough to receive an email, it will describe the 'next steps' to take. This will include timing details and a link to where the on-sale will occur.

When should I expect my access code?

If you are selected to receive an access code, you will receive an email the afternoon before the ticket sales begin per the schedule above. This email will include timing details and a link to where the on-sale will occur, and your unique, non-transferrable access code.

What happens if I’m on the waiting list?

If you move off the waiting list, you will receive an email containing your access code details and where to access the relevant on-sale. Keep in mind, your notification may come at any time after ticket sales begin as per the schedule above. When notified, your email will include:

• A link to the on-sale

• Your unique access code

• Please also watch your email – if there are SMS delivery issues, such as an incorrectly entered mobile number or network issues, we will email your access code details.

• Purchasers are held to a ticket limit of four.

• Please note, getting off the waitlist does not guarantee access to tickets. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis while currently available inventory lasts.

Can I transfer my access code to someone else?

No, codes are non-transferable and should not be shared. Codes are also only valid to purchase up to the advised ticket limit, subject to availability.

When are ticket sales taking place?

Those lucky enough to snap up a code should have received an email with timing details and a link to where the on-sale will occur. The code will be unique and non-transferable, those who don't get a code will be placed on a waiting list for a later date until more tickets become available.

Following the announcement of extra gigs, changes have been made to the dates and times of the ticket sales. Ticketmaster has stressed tickets for the Eras tour will be provided on a first come first serve basis which means those who registered in advance may still not receive an email.
