Erik ten Hag's "obsession" with winning has surprised Manchester United new boy Casemiro since the Brazilian international joined the club.
The 30-year-old defensive midfielder arrived at the end of August for a fee that could rise to £70million and after an initial integration period, he's made an immediate impact on the side.
United are unbeaten in eight games since Casemiro returned to the team against Omonia Nicosia in Cyprus and the quality of their performances has been increasing with the former Real Madrid man in the team.

During his time at Real Madrid he worked under Champions League-winning managers Carlo Ancelotti and Zinedine Zidane and for Brazil he played for Luis Felipe Scolari and Tite, but he still managed to be surprised once he began working with Ten Hag.
It's the Dutchman's desire to win and his determination to make his players better that particularly surprised Casemiro, traits he hasn't always picked up in previous bosses.
"After being in football for quite a while, despite the fact I'm only 30, his obsession for winning is what surprised me the most," he said.
“I think he's got many strengths, we all know it's a process and we're growing together. We all see he wants to win and his obsession for teaching us and making us better to the millimetre is key.
“That obsession with winning is something I've only seen with very few managers."
