What Steph Curry and his brother Seth said in their free-throw trash talking moment

With just over two minutes left in the fourth quarter in Game 2 of the Golden State Warriors’ win over the Portland Trail Blazers, the brothers Curry exchanged a bit of trash talk while Steph was at the free-throw line. Mics didn’t pick up exactly what he responded to Seth, but the Blazers guard was happy to reveal it.

Seth saw Steph make his first of three free throws and informed him that the Warriors guard had just made “like 70 in a row.” I’m not sure what he was referring to — maybe clutch free throws in a row? — but the hope was that he’d jinx his brother.

But you probably shouldn’t do that, if it’s your brother or not. Steph replied, “It’s going to be 72” and he nailed the next two.
