It doesn't get much better than scoring for your boyhood club, in front of a home crowd, in a Champions League qualifier.
Or does it?
Findlay Curtis, 18, did just that for Rangers against Panathinaikos on Tuesday night, helping his side take a two-goal advantage over to Greece for the second leg.
But there was still more to come. The cherry on top of the icing on the cake was being congratulated by a true legend of the game, Sir Alex Ferguson post-match.
Manager Russell Martin told how the former Rangers striker and legendary ex-Aberdeen and Manchester United boss had given the young winger some "words of wisdom".

And Curtis himself has now been quizzed on what that conversation was like.
He said: “He just congratulated me on my goal. Coming from a legend like him, I'll take it.
“Obviously, it's another dream come true, playing in the Champions League.”
Curtis has been at the club for virtually all his life and had his family and friends at Ibrox to watch him start, and score, on the European stage.
He couldn't hide his delight at how it panned out.
“I’m on top of the world," he admitted. "I've been here since I was six years old and I'm just delighted.
“I'm still speechless, to be honest. I'm just absolutely delighted.
“Obviously, winning 2-0 and taking it over to Athens, even though it’s just half way in the tie. We're looking forward to the next game.”
