What's your favourite Explorer replacement?

Some of us find Windows Explorer slow and annoying... but it must be admitted, many of the replacement programs are slower and even more annoying. I'm using ExplorerXP at the moment -- it's free -- and photographer Ian Lea has just emailed me suggesting xplorer2. This is also available in a free version, xplorer2 lite. Do you have a favourite you would recommend?
