2. Thong Lor's The Commons will be having a number of workshops this week starting with the Creative Basket Weaving Workshop tomorrow from 1-5pm. No prior experience is needed in order to create your own beautiful baskets in whatever shape or size you desire. Then on May 26 from 10am-5pm, aspiring bakers can learn how to make delicious sourdough bread in the Sourdough Making for Beginners Workshop. Led by Tanya Stockdale, an avid health advocate, she'll walk you through all the steps on how to make your own sourdough bread from scratch. But for the sweet-toothed out there, May 27 will have a Double Chocolate Brownies Workshop with the team from One Night One Recipe. 3. Starbucks is celebrating the summertime heat with a new beverage and some bright new merchandise. Now available nationwide is the sweet-and-sour Mango Sticky Rice Crème Frappuccino, which goes perfectly with their colourful mango-inspired tumblers, cold cups and water bottles (ranging from 500-1,350 baht) -- all created to store cold drinks during these desperately hot days.

4. World Cup 2018 is only one month away, and for those who want a comprehensive preview of football's greatest tournament, grab 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia: The Official Book. 5. Thai Leica Ambassador Peerapat Wimolrungkarat will be giving a talk tonight at Ekkamai's House of Lucie Photo Gallery as part of the 14th edition of the One Shot One Minute photo event. Hosted by online photography magazine SPARK, One Shot One Minute invites photo enthusiasts and the general public to share with each other one photographic work for one minute. From 6pm onwards, the event will be joined by Leica Ambassador Peerapat, the former appointed photographer for Abhisit Vejjajiva, the 27th prime minister of Thailand.
