The coronavirus pandemic has caused chaos around the world but one thing that has shone through during the uncertainty of the past few months is how kindness has prevailed.

We would love to hear from people about the kindest thing someone has done for them since the beginning of the pandemic.

Did a neighbour bring you groceries when you had to self isolate? Did your friends organise a surprise Zoom party when you told them you were feeling lonely during lockdown?

Let us know about the kind gesture that you still haven’t forgotten.
