What's on in wellness this December

From a celebration of female boxing to a CBD happy hour, there's plenty other than mulled wine and mince pies going on this Christmas

Silly season may well be upon us but that doesn't mean the entire month of December needs to be spent down the pub.

Whether you're after an endorphin rush or simply some inspiration for ways to spend some well-earned 'me time' in between frantic Christmas shopping, why not carve out some time for one of these wellbeing-focused events.

From a CBD happy hour to a yin yoga and sound healing session, here's what's on the agenda this month other than mulled wine and mince pies (listed in event order).

Customers are invited to drop by the store between 4pm-6pm each weekday evening for a complimentary CBD beer or non-alcoholic alternative, while also receiving free consultations from the store's expert advisor and founder of Dosage, Dr Julie Moltke.

Join our founders Elsie & Dominika plus industry experts, to hear more about all things susty at Christmas; including topics from food waste to wrapping paper and what choices you can make as a consumer. We hope to aid and guide you with some hacks and solutions so you can go home and plan for the best SUSTY LITTLE CHRISTMAS of your lives! ⛄ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Alongside the talk, there will also be the opportunity to shop your way to nail a bit of your Christmas shopping with a selection of our favourite susty brands selling eco gifts, experiences and more.
