It definitely doesn't seem like a whole 12 months since the last one, but this weekend sees the return of Newcastle Pride for 2019.
And, as well as there being lots on at the Pride festival itself as the annual event takes over both the Town Moor and Exhibition Park this year, there is absolutely loads on in on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Once the huge Pride parade has made its way through the city centre on Saturday afternoon, there will be a number of different zones at Newcastle Pride and the features Fleur East and Liberty X.
The Newcastle Pride Saturday lineup also features Saara Aalto and the Newcastle Pride Sunday lineup featuring Boulevard.
And will be open and packed full of dance and cabaret across the weekend.
A number of the stars of the dance and cabaret zone will also be in action in the bars.

As well as performing on the main stage at Pride on Sunday, the Boulevard cast have three shows of their new summer revue over Pride weekend - one on Friday and two on Saturday.

Friday: Pride Hits with Peggy. Open until 4am, discounted entry until 2am.
Saturday: Camp Anthems all night long with Jack PlastiQ. Discounted entry until 2am.

Powerhouse
