Are you one of the 300,000 people to have crossed the Mediterranean so far this year? If so, we want to hear your story.

It’s estimated that 3000 people a day will continue to arrive in southern Europe until November according to the UN refugee agency, with 181,500 people having entered Greece, and 108,500 in Italy.

If you’re a refugee and have made the journey across the Mediterranean this year, we’d like to hear your stories. We’d also like to hear from people who’re supporting refugees.

You can share your experiences, photos or videos with GuardianWitness by clicking on the blue ‘contribute’ button on this article or if you prefer you can use the form below. You can also share with the Guardian via WhatsApp by adding the contact +44 (0) 7867 825056

We’ll be featuring some of your experiences in our reporting.
