What Reece James said after Hakim Ziyech assisted Thiago Silva's Chelsea goal

It was a memorable day for Chelsea on Saturday as they made light work of Sheffield United at Stamford Bridge.

Despite going behind early on, goals from Tammy Abraham, Ben Chilwell, Thiago Silva and Timo Werner earned Frank Lampard's side a resounding 4-1 victory.

Hakim Ziyech was the star of the show, registering two assists and impressing every time he touched the ball.

And it was his free-kick, a ball whipped into the box from the right to set up Silva who glanced home, which caused another talking point among supporters.

Amid the celebrations among the Chelsea players, defender Reece James was seen singing a familiar chant among Blues fans.

As the full-back went to hug the Brazilian, he was spotted saying: "Oooh, Thiago Silva."

Had the fans been inside the ground, no doubt they would have been chanting this at the top of their voices to mark the former Paris Saint-Germain captain's first goal for his new club.

You can watch a clip of the celebrations below.

The win lifted Chelsea up to third place in the league table, just a point behind joint leaders Southampton and Liverpool.

The Blues are also the highest scorers so far this season, with 20 goals in their first eight games.

Lampard's side are next in action away at Newcastle United after the international break in just under two weeks' time.
