What portion sizes you should really be eating this Christmas

We are all guilty of overindulging in chocolate, desserts and snacks over Christmas.

It's one of the best things about the festive season.

Many of us are unaware of just how small the recommended portion sizes of our favourite Christmas treats are...

Play Like Mum has looked into the recommended portion sizes and nutritional value of some of the UK’s favourite Christmas treats.

They have found out how much should you be eating this holiday season and which Christmas treats are the healthiest.

Treats with the highest sugar content (Play Like Mum)
