What Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang posted on Instagram to Pepe and Martinelli after Arsenal's win

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored his 11th Premier League of the season as Arsenal beat West Ham 3-1 to record their first win in all competitions since October.

Despite a poor first half in which the Gunners went behind to an Angelo Ogbonna goal, Arsenal turned the game on its head in an extraordinary nine-minute spell.

Gabriel Martinelli, who was making his first Premier League start in place of Alexandre Lacazette, equalised with a deft first time finish.

Six minutes later, Nicolas Pepe scored his first league goal from open play with a superb curling effort after cutting onto his left foot.

Aubameyang then sealed the three points after linking up with Pepe, before firing a volley past the helpless David Martin.

After the game, the Arsenal captain took to social media to reveal his delight at the victory, posting a picture of himself on Instagram with the caption: 'Finally that feeling again. Let’s Go guys.'

On the 'story' function of his profile, the Gabon international also posted two other photos, tagging in Pepe and Martinelli in tribute to their goals.

The win over West Ham was interim head coach Freddie Ljungberg's first taste of victory since taking charge.

Speaking after the game, Ljungberg praised the second half performance and admitted his side still had a lot to work on ahead of the weekend clash against Manchester City.

"The players did amazing," he said in his press conference.

"We had a game plan, we wanted to move the ball a lot. The first half we were slow, we were lethargic. We didn't move, we didn't run. That in my opinion comes from players who have low confidence and don't do it at the speed you need to.

"It's been hard on the players but I thought 'give it a go in the second half.' And they did that. It was amazing to see. We saw West Ham getting a bit tired around the 60th minute and we sliced them open. We played some really good football in my opinion, that's how we want to play.

"Of course we won't get carried away. We have a lot of work to do on things but all credit to the players for that they did."
