United fans have already called the Newcastle takeover the end for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men.
Not since 2013, under Sir Alex, have United won the Premier League and have seen Manchester City, Chelsea and Liverpool wrestle for England’s top prize.

Who can replace Fred?
Last month, Fred nearly missed United’s game against the aforementioned Newcastle.
United’s refusal to let the Brazilian link up with his national squad for international break due to Covid-19 and quarantine rules saw the Brazilian Football Federation force FIFA to ban all Brazilian internationals who didn’t travel.
In the end, a compromise was met and Fred was available for selection but wasn’t selected by Solskjaer.
Brazil play Uruguay the day before United take on Leicester City at the King Power Stadium and with 36 hours to make it back, it’s likely Fred misses out.
Fans have been calling for the midfielder to be replaced and may get their wish.
