Ja Morant became a household name on Thursday in the NCAA tournament first round, and his stellar performance has some fans and analysts arguing that he may supplant Duke’s Zion Williamson as the No. 1 pick in the NBA Draft.

Many NBA players were blown away by the Murray State star, who recorded a triple-double in a 12 vs. 5 upset of Marquette. Murray’s triple-double is the first in the NCAA tournament since Draymond Green did it in 2012.

Speaking of Draymond Green, the former Michigan State star weighed in on the controversial confrontation between Tom Izzo and freshman Aaron Henry.

Just an FYI. Being in those huddles for years. Cassius and Matt grabbed Iz so he could shut up and move on… after a while you’re just ready for him to draw up the play. Just giving perspective from someone who’s been apart of those huddles.

Washington’s Sam Dekker was one of the many people trolling No. 1 Virginia while the Cavaliers were trailing against Gardner-Webb on Friday. Virginia made a comeback in the second half and avoided another embarrassing first-round loss.
