Liverpool fans are still hoping for positive news as the contract saga between both Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah and the club continues.
Salah's current contract expires in 2023 and while the forward has made it clear in recent weeks his desire to remain at the club, nothing has been agreed to keep him on a longer-term deal yet.
Jurgen Klopp has reiterated there has been no falling out in recent weeks regarding the ongoing matter, claiming 'it is not in my hands' when posed the question.
The 29-year-old has been in electric form for the Reds this season, netting a staggering 28 goals and 10 assists in 36 appearances so far, with the Reds firmly in the hunt to add to their trophy collection come May.
Liverpool face a difficult end to the season with games now coming thick and fast, and with Salah set to return from international duty later this week, fans will hope the forward's head is clear focussed on a crucial run-in on three different fronts.

What is the latest Salah has had to say on his future?
Speaking exclusively to GQ back in January, the 29-year-old expressed his desire to say here in Merseyside, as he began: “I want to stay, but it’s not in my hands. It’s in their hands. They know what I want. I’m not asking for crazy stuff.”
Klopp's verdict on Salah's future at Liverpool
Klopp since responded, as he told the club's official site earlier this month that: ''Mo definitely expects this club to be ambitious and we are. It's Mo's decision. The club did what it can do, that's how it is.
"From my point of view, it's exactly like it should be in this moment in time and everything is said. Nothing happened further, so no signing, no rejection or whatever. So we just have to wait for that, it's completely fine,'' added the 54-year-old.
What a former Liverpool striker has said about Salah?
Many of the games players and pundits have added their thoughts, no more so than former Liverpool forward Michael Owen.
He began by saying : "I'd be very surprised if Mo Salah didn't sign with Liverpool. What are the options at the moment?
"You are only going either sideways to Manchester City or down anywhere else because there is no-one else as good as these two teams in the world at the moment. Let's give everyone time because these things don't happen overnight."
