As the final whistle blew on Boxing Day, Mikel Arteta was seen engaging with Reiss Nelson following his first game as Arsenal head coach.
Details of what was said between the pair remains under wraps, but the image would have given Gunners supporters flashbacks of how Pep Guardiola speaks with his Manchester City players.
The 20-year-old was named in Arteta's first ever starting line-up in the draw against Bournemouth and claimed the assist for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's equaliser - on another day he could have had his first ever Premier League goal.
That was his second successive start - he completed the full 90 minutes in the goalless draw with Everton before Christmas - and is currently keeping club record signing Nicolas Pepe out of the side.
Judging by that interaction, it would appear that the forward could have a big future under the new Arsenal head coach.
But Nelson wasn't the only Gunners star to feel the Spaniard's affections.
One supporter captured Arteta's moments with Granit Xhaka, Mesut Ozil, Reiss Nelson, Aubameyang and Lucas Torreira during and after the 1-1 draw at the Vitality Stadium and created one big image which has been uploaded to Reddit.
That fan commented: "Hugs like Klopp, coaches like Pep. Premier League ain't ready for this."
Next on Arteta's agenda is a first home game as Arsenal head coach against Chelsea on Sunday afternoon and he's sent a message to the supporters ahead of the London derby at the Emirates Stadium.
"I think energy is everything, in life in football and in sports," he said."If we are able to generate this, it will give us a lift.
"I was really pleased with how the fans treated the players today and I was happy that the players went to see the fans after the game as well because we need that connection.
"Slowly, we need to build that back to where it was.
"It's going to be very powerful for us to use that."
