Chelsea are currently in the pole position to seal a top four spot in the Premier League.
Despite one win from their last four league games, the Blues - in fourth - have a six-point lead over fifth-placed Manchester United and could create an even bigger margin - albeit temporarily - with a positive result against Leicester City this afternoon.
However, the west London outfit's Achilles heel this season is not putting teams away.
Ahead of the game at the King Power Stadium, the likes of Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Reece James, Marcos Alonso and Jorginho were put through their paces at the club's training base in Cobham.
And there was a a bit of shooting practice taking place.
As spotted in a behind the scenes of Chelsea's training session video uploaded to the club's YouTube page, Michy Batshuayi, Willian, Emerson Palmieri and Kurt Zouma were among those brushing up on their shooting.
As was midfielder Mateo Kovacic.
Whilst the Croatia international - who has two goals to his name across all competitions so far this season - was successful with one attempt, he did have a rather forgettable moment early on.
Sending a shot well wide of the target, Kovacic couldn't help but slump to the ground and remain there for a few seconds as he didn't need telling his effort was very poor.
Efforts like that won't do for the Blues if they're to maintain their top-four push and speaking after last weekend's 2-1 win over Hull Cty in the fourth round of the FA Cup, Kovacic has urged his teammates to be more clinical.
"It was a tough game, as we knew that it would be, but we need to score in the first half two more goals," Kovacic told the Chelsea website.
"That’s our problem in this moment but obviously we’re happy to go through.
"It was because we didn’t score on time - we had some chances and we didn’t use them. In training, we are working on it but we are still a young team, a new team, and we need to improve a lot.
"We need to take our chances, which in this moment we are not doing great, but we have time to improve and I am sure we will do."
