The Chelsea squad were in high spirits ahead of this afternoon's Premier League clash against Brighton and Hove Albion.
Despite back-to-back home defeats at the hands of Valencia and Liverpool last week, the Blues bounced back in style with a 7-1 thrashing of Grimsby Town on Wednesday night in the Carabao Cup.
That game marked the return to first-team action of Callum Hudson-Odoi following five months out through injury, a senior debut for Reece James and a standout performance from Billy Gilmour in central midfield.
All were involved in Friday's training session at Cobham as head coach Frank Lampard put his squad through their paces.
One of the players to catch the eye was in-form centre-forward Tammy Abraham.
As spotted in a behind the scenes of Chelsea's training session video uploaded to the club's YouTube page, the striker can be seen showcasing his range of skills.
He then attempts to nonchalantly put the ball through Mason Mount's legs.
However, the Blues midfielder was switched on and saved himself from suffering the same fate as fellow academy product Fikayo Tomori in last week's training session ahead of the Liverpool game.
Mount even had a little chuckle at Abraham's expense.
Both players are expected to be recalled for this afternoon's game against the Seagulls having been rested against Grimsby in midweek.
Abraham will be looking to get back on the goal trail having failed to find the back of the net against Valencia and Liverpool, meanwhile Mount could face competition for his spot on the left-wing from Hudson-Odoi.
The Blues should be confident of recording a first home win in the Premier League this season as they do have an 100 per cent winning record against Brighton since they were promoted.
