What Manchester United 'must offer' Paulo Dybala to secure Romelu Lukaku swap deal and more rumours

Manchester United must offer Paulo Dybala a pay-rise on his current Juventus contract to persuade him to complete a swap deal with Romelu Lukaku, reports in Italy suggest.

Lukaku has been linked with Inter Milan this summer, with Serie A rivals Juventus emerging as an alternative in the last week.

Inter have so far failed to reach United's valuation of Lukaku, and if the Belgian was to join Juventus it will reportedly be part of a swap deal with Dybala.

Now, Tuttosport say the futures of both Lukaku and Paulo Dybala will be decided by the end of the week, but United must offer the Juventus man an improved deal on his current €7.5million-a-year Bianconeri  earnings.

In another report, La Gazzetta dello Sport say Lukaku has reached a 'rough' agreement with Juventus over the deal, which now hinges on Dybala.

The report says Lukaku has reportedly spoken to Maurizio Sarri and is attracted by the idea of playing in a ‘false nine’ position with Cristiano Ronaldo as a teammate.

In other transfer news, Marcos Rojo will reportedly consider leaving United next season if he believes his opportunities in the first team will be limited.

ESPN  say clubs in Italy, France and Spain are all interested in the Argentine defender, who only featured eight times for United last term.

Matteo Darmian is another defender being linked with an exit, but surprisingly the Italian is a reported target for Barcelona.

ESPN say the Blaugrana are looking at United’s unwanted Italian full-back as a possible low-cost alternative to Real Betis’ Junior Firpo.
