The Guardian and IBM are exploring what makes a "smarter city" - a city where those who live and work can enjoy the best quality of life, and where services are efficient, effective, sustainable and meet the needs of the people.
We will be hosting a number of discussion forums, the results of which will be published in supplements later this year.
