With no game against Leeds United this afternoon, Liverpool players have been enjoying an extended break from the relentless winter fixture schedule.
Jurgen Klopp's side were due to host the Whites at Anfield in the early kick-off, but a request from the visitors to postpone the match was approved due to COVID cases and mounting injuries.
Liverpool's first-team players were therefore able to relax in their homes, aware of the fact that they would not be in Premier League action on the 26th.

Various members of the squad shared updates on social media regarding how they had celebrated Christmas Day, with many gathering with family members who may have not be seen this time last year due to Covid restrictions.
Mohamed Salah, who played no part in the Reds' previous outing against Leicester, spent the day at his home with his wife and two daughters.
Fabinho, meanwhile, was featured in a photograph alongside his wife Rebeca in front of a Christmas tree and looked in good spirits after being ruled out of Liverpool's last three matches due to a suspected positive Covid test.
Beneath the image of the pair, Rebeca added the words: "COVID free" following the end of her partner's isolation period.
Adding a hint of humour to their Christmas posts, Naby Keita posed for a picture in a chair wearing a RedMen TV 'Feliz Naby Lad' festive jumper while James Milner also did not disappoint with his social media offering.
Sitting at the table with a glass of the non-alcoholic drink Shloer, the experienced midfielder wrote on social media: "Four new coasters and some anti-wrinkle eye cream…Christmases don’t come much better. Happy Christmas everyone #santaknowsmesowell #heavyshloersession."
Kostas Tsimikas also tried his best to make supporters laugh by living up to his nickname of the 'Greek scouser' after posting an image of himself sitting down and reading a 'Lern Yerself Scouse' book.
One player whose Christmas was not quite the same this year was Thiago Alcantara, who was forced to spent the day away from his wife and children due to being in self-isolation.
The Spanish midfielder uploaded a screenshot of a FaceTime call to his family, appearing rather despondent after being forced to remain apart from his loved ones.
