Jurgen Klopp received a phone call from Liverpool owner John W Henry and chairman Tom Werner following the Reds' sensational Champions League win over Barcelona.
The Reds boss masterminded one of the game's all-time greatest comebacks as Liverpool overturned a 3-0 deficit from the first leg of the semi-final to beat Barcelona 4-3 on aggregate.
The result means Liverpool have now reached the final of the competition two years running, and Klopp's bosses were delighted with the German following his latest achievement.
