Liverpool were crowned Champions of Europe on Saturday night, and on Sunday an estimated 750,000 people lined the streets to welcome home their heroes.
And there was one thing in particular fans loved about the historic parade.
It was the fact the Reds' principal owner John Henry and wife Linda Pizzuti were on the open top bus with the players to take part in the celebrations.
Having been on the pitch as Jordan Henderson passionately lifted Liverpool's sixth title, the Reds owner and his wife were also at the after-party and flew back to Merseyside with Jurgen Klopp's team.
Linda posted the perfect message to social media following the Reds' triumph in Madrid.
She wrote to supporters: "My understanding and appreciation of the size and passion of Liverpool supporters, and what the club means to them, has grown so much this weekend.
"I knew it was massive and global, but I saw and heard and felt so much more in person in Madrid and in Liverpool, and from messages and responses and newspapers from around the world."
Fans adored their involvement throughout the weekend and took to Facebook to express their gratitude.

Paula Ormond replied to the ECHO saying: "Now our owners have seen what LFC means to our city and supporters they can rest assured things will only get better thanks to our fantastic manager & team we've got great times to come YNWA bring them on."
Steve O'Neill wrote: "Probably two of the most important people (Mr and Mrs Henry) to attend the home coming yesterday!
"For representatives from FSG to attend this wonderful weekend and especially to see and witness the passion, loyalty, the love and emotion of 750,000 Liverpool supporters in the city yesterday will go a long way, a long way in the financial regeneration of this fantastic club."
Julie Phelan said: "I admit to being wary of FSG....but they now seem to have 'gotten' what our city and club is about. thank you Linda and John for staying the course. WE ARE BACK!"
Liverpool fan Zahir Moosa responded saying: "Dear John and Linda. While you thank us, we should also thank you. May this be the beginning of another dynasty for Liverpool YNWA!!"
Another supporter, Ajeet Ramsurrun said: "Great stuff as always from our first lady of LFC".
Eileen Cowin added: "They look a lovely couple."
