Hibs forward Kevin Nisbet was praised by one of his team-mates after putting in a solid performance in the 1-0 World Cup 2022 qualifying win over Moldova on Saturday night.
The 24-year-old wasn't presented with many chances but the reviews are rather positive for his slick play and ability to link midfield and attack.
By playing in Nathan Patterson, whose shot was parried to the feet of Lyndon Dykes for the only goal of the game, he played a big part in the win.
And he could have set up another when he threaded the needle for Billy Gilmour inside the area — but the Chelsea kid could only finish wide.
Gilmour appreciated the Hibs man's efforts when he told Sky Sports: "I enjoyed it. It was a good result, I could have scored myself and we should have had more goals all together but a positive result and three points.
"I should have scored. I think I just got too excited, it was great play from Nissy (Nisbet) to me and I missed the opportunity.
"Just need to be more clinical. We had chances to put them to bed. I had a good opportunity, Dykesy, Robbo in the first and a few others.
"So we need to make sure we’re putting them away and not having it bite us back."
Manager Steve Clarke wanted both of his strikers to notch but isn't too fussed as the attention now turns to Vienna on Tuesday night where a win over Austria could send Scotland second in the group if Denmark beat Israel.
"It is always good when your striker scores and I was hoping Kevin (Nisbet) would nick one as well," he said.

"It doesn’t matter who scored the goal.
"It was nice to get the clean sheet and we spoke before the game about not conceding.
"If you don’t concede you have the chance to win."
