At only 27 years of age Joseph O'Brien has achieved more in horse racing than most will achieve in a lifetime.
Riding his first winner after only turning 16, O'Brien took on the most pressured job in the saddle as the no. 1 jockey for Ballydoyle.
But with a raft of Group 1s under his belt, including the 2012 Derby on Camelot for his father Aidan making them the first father-and-son trainer and jockey duo to win the Epsom showpiece, Joseph retired from riding having done it all.

Standing nearly six foot tall and continually struggling to make weight, he made the decision to move into the training ranks in 2016 and success has duly followed him there too.
Winning the Irish Derby, The Melbourne Cup,The Fillies' Mile and training hundreds of winners both on the flat and over jumps, O'Brien now runs one of the most powerful stables in the world.
And a new Betfair film ‘Serial Winners’ - documents O’Brien’s incredible journey from record-breaking jockey to established horse trainer.
The film, featuring interviews with racing stalwarts Kevin Blake, Kevin O’Ryan and Ted Walsh, gives a fascinating insight into the mind of the training prodigy.
Agent Kevin O'Ryan, discussing O'Brien's potential, said, "What he's achieved in a very short period of time has been exceptional, I think this is only the beginning. Fast forward 20 years, what will Joseph O'Brien have achieved by then? It could be phenomenal."
The man himself said: "I'm very grateful to have achieved what I have to date in my career, both in and out of the saddle. None of it would have been possible without all the support from my family and the team here on Owning Hill.
"I think this documentary gives a fair reflection of what we do here and the attitude we approach our lives with. Hopefully it's only the first chapter of our story."
