Jordan Henderson sparked off a fantastic tribute to Roberto Firmino by serenading the departing Anfield favourite with his Liverpool team-mates at a private farewell bash.
Firmino is among four long-serving players confirmed to be on their way this summer, alongside vice-captain James Milner, Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. While all four have given their utmost to the Reds, the decision made by Firmino to leave has been felt deepest of all among the Kop faithful.
Liverpool supporters honoured their outgoing hero during the victory over Leicester City last week despite him playing no part in that match. However, with the most perfect stage set, the popular Brazil striker was summoned from the bench - and scored - in the draw with Aston Villa on Saturday afternoon.

Although there will be another swansong to follow - in Sunday's final-day trip to Southampton - it was the last chance Firmino had to make his mark at Anfield and he duly obliged. There were emotional scenes before, during and after the appearance as Liverpool also waved goodbye to Milner, Keita and Oxlade-Chamberlain, who are all poised to become free agents.
When the doors closed, private tributes were paid to those four players - and one brilliant video has now surfaced on social media showing Henderson and his team-mates singing the famous 'Si Señor' chant to Firmino as he was presented with some parting gifts on stage.
In a short clip uploaded onto Twitter by journalist Florian Plettenberg - which can be seen below - Henderson took the microphone and began belting out the terrace classic. Standing behind him, the Liverpool squad started to clap and were joined by those in attendance soaking up what was happening on stage.
Firmino has made 361 appearances for the Reds, scoring 110 goals and registering 72 assists, while winning every major trophy English and European football has to offer.
