The Baltimore Ravens lost to the Green Bay Packers in Week 15 by the final score of 31-30, moving their record to 8-6. Baltimore has lost three-straight games, and now move onto face the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 16.
The Ravens ended up losing to Green Bay because they decided to go for a two-point conversion at the end of the game for the second time in three weeks. If they had been successful, they would have taken the lead with just over 40 seconds left. However, they failed, losing the game in the process. On Monday, Baltimore released a video of head coach John Harbaugh “mic’d up”, talking to his players about the upcoming decision. Here’s what he had to say.

The clip shows that Harbaugh trusts his guys and cares immensely about their input, and also that the head coach has the trust of his players. The Ravens have been aggressive in big situations all year, and that most likely isn’t going to change as the regular season comes to a close and the playoffs begin.
