Victorian COVID-19 restrictions are easing slightly again as the state hits a target of having 70 per cent of the 16+ population with at least one dose of a vaccine.
From 11:59pm on September 17, those changes include the 5-kilometre radius around Melbourne and Ballarat homes being increased to 10km.
Residents in Metropolitan Melbourne and Greater Ballarat can leave the home for six reasons: shopping for food and supplies, authorised work and study, care and caregiving, exercise, restricted recreation and getting vaccinated.
