We've got a brand new podcast on the Blood Red channel!
It's called Liverpool Moments Remembered, a special offering we hope to bring you throughout the course of the season where we'll be getting all nostalgic, looking back and reminiscing on a historic moment in Liverpool 's history.
And with this Saturday seeing the champions of Europe welcoming Arsenal to Anfield, we've caught up with Neil Mellor to talk about THAT goal 15 years ago.
On November 28, 2004 the Reds were heading for a 1-1 draw at home to the defending Premiership champions after Patrick Viera had brilliantly cancelled out Xabi Alonso's superb opener.
But with virtually the last kick of the match academy graduate Mellor sent the ball past Jens Lehman to bring the house down and register his first goal for the club he loves and still works for today.
In the podcast , Mellor talks about what it was like to score one of the best winners in Anfield's history, the pressures he felt trying to make a breakthrough into the first team, as well as a look ahead to this Saturday's big top-of-the-table match, the title battle with Manchester City, VAR, and much more else besides.
Enjoy!
