What is today's Wordle answer for April 6?

Wordle is a challenging fun game that invites players to spend a few minutes a day wracking their brain to figure out what the word of the day is.

A key bonus is that the game doesn't cost anything to play and is ad-free while only taking a few minutes out of your day - perfect for a morning commute or lunch break entertainment.

Before reading ahead, note we will be giving away today's Wordle answer. So if you don't want to spoil it for yourself stop now!

Today's word is very difficult and will likely run you into your last couple of guesses because it not only has repeating letters but is likely a word you don't think of off the top of your head. There are two vowels in this word that players will need to figure out before they can start guessing properly - O and A.

O is in the second box and A is in the last box. That leaves only three consonants players need to figure out, but this is where it gets tricky.

While getting the letter C in the first spot is a good start it hardly does any favours. That is until you realise that there is a repeating letter in today's word, making it much easier to figure out.

If you managed to guess the correct letter then you will have figured out that today's word is COMMA! If you ran out of guesses, don't get too bogged down - Wordle is always more difficult when two of the same letter is involved as it can be more difficult to find the right place for both letters.
