BBC Children in Need returns to our television screens for its 40th annual fundraiser tonight.
The evening of entertainment will see a line-up of familiar faces come together to help raise money for disadvantaged children around the UK.
The programme will be hosted by TV presenters Mel Giedroyc and Alex Scott, along with comedians Stephen Mangan and Chris Ramsey.
Musical performances from the casts of West End shows Cinderella The Musical and Six will feature.
Singers Beverley Knight and Shawn Mendes will also perform.
A special sketch from the cast of The Goes Wrong Show is part of the schedule, while there will also be a segment from The Repair Shop.
Viewers will also be treated to exclusive content from Strictly Come Dancing, EastEnders, and Doctor Who.
The finale of The One Show’s rickshaw challenge, which is raising money for BBC Children in Need, will also be broadcast.
And not forgetting, Pudsey Bear: Behind The Bandana is set to share information about the yellow bear who fronts the charity appeals.
Meanwhile, this year’s BBC Children in Need charity single features Cher, Kylie Minogue and Robbie Williams.
More than 20 artists have joined forces for a cover of the Oasis hit Stop Crying Your Heart Out.
Bryan Adams, Mel C, Paloma Faith, Jess Glynne, Lenny Kravitz, KSI, Lauv, Ava Max, Gregory Porter and Nile Rodgers will also feature as part of the BBC Radio 2 All Stars.
The music video will be given its exclusive debut during the appeal show tonight.
BBC Children in Need’s vision is that every child in the UK has a safe, happy and secure childhood and the chance to reach their potential.
The charity is currently supporting over 3,900 local charities and projects in communities across the UK that are helping children and young people facing a range of disadvantages such as living in poverty, being disabled or ill, or experiencing distress, neglect or trauma.
BBC Children in Need will be broadcast live on BBC One on Friday, November 13 at 7pm.
