While half of home startups have more business confidence now than this time last year, almost the same amount are scared to expand out of the house.
A recent study revealed that 48% of home-based small businesses are in better spirits than they were last January, but 41% remained nervous about moving out of the home due to costs, inflexible contracts and location. That's despite 38% admitting they have now outgrown their working space.
