Rebecca Ferguson may have finished as a runner-up on season 7 of the talent competition, but the mum-of-three's soulful voice made sure her career has only gone from strength from strength since the second place finish.

The 35-year-old spoke on This Morning about how she was growing disillusioned with the industry before her love for music was reignited following her collaboration with the iconic Chic hitmaker.
She said: "I was deeply unhappy for many years but I had no idea I was unhappy.
"I had a tough childhood and I picked the wrong relationships, which I own now.
"But I've been happy for three years now, I just needed someone to pull me out of that pit."
Rebecca Ferguson grew up in Anfield and her glittering career has reportedly accumulated a net fortune of nearly £2 million.
