ITV viewers were disrupted earlier today as This Morning and Loose Women stopped their live broadcasts suddenly.
This Morning returned after a break to show a 'special' pre-recorded episode as they explained that they couldn't broadcast live.
Loose Women was also affected as Nadia Sawalha introduced today's episode as she said: "Welcome to a very special episode of Loose Women. We will be taking a look back at the very best of our life before Loose series."

Both shows showed the message 'this is a pre-recorded show' at the bottom of the screen.
Pictures from the studio showed the crew standing outside due to the nearby security incident, with photos from the scene showing a big group of people outside the Television Centre building.
A statement from the Metropolitan Police read: "At 11:14hrs on Thursday, 10 March, police were called to reports of a security alert at Wood Lane, White City. It was reported a suspicious item had been discovered.
"The area was evacuated as a precaution and White City and Wood Lane tube stations were temporarily closed. The incident was stood down shortly before 12:49hrs. An investigation is ongoing."
Meanwhile ITV issued an apology to fans of the shows as the Loose Women and This Morning Twitter pages shared statements.
They read: "We apologise for the break in live programming today. We are currently running pre-recorded content and hope to be back with you soon"
Fans were worried about the presenters on their favourite daytime TV shows as they took to Twitter saying how scary it all was.
Sue said: "How scary! This Morning pulled of air (ITV studios) due to a security alert! (U.K.) Loose Women pulled as well.#LooseWomen #ITV #itvnews"
Nat said: "Pretty scary seeing live TV go down so suddenly... clearly a major incident or scare over near the ITV studios. #thismornin #loosewomen #ITV"
Lucy said: "You know something’s up when they’ve had to screen a random pre-recorded “highlights” reel of tree hugging and dull men. #itv"
ITV have been contacted for an update and a comment.
