Chris and Rosie Ramsey’s career is going from strength to strength, and they have just celebrated the launch of their new series The Chris and Rosie Ramsey Show on BBC Two on May 16.
Chris, 35, is a comedian, actor and presenter, while his wife, Rosie, 36, is also a presenter in her own right. The pair’s stardom skyrocketed after the release of their hugely popular podcast, Sh**ged. Married. Annoyed.
It first premiered in 2019 and currently has 58 million downloads and 100 million listeners in total, making it one of the most popular podcasts in the UK.
They are both from South Shields in the Northeast of England, where they still live in between appearances on Strictly Come Dancing and Taskmaster.

The couple first met during their teenage years, before they both attended the same college.
In 2012, the two of them had a chance encounter in a nightclub and immediately hit it off.
At the time, Rosie was already a singer in a girl group while Chris was just kicking off his stand-up career.
Speaking to Living North, Rosie explained: “Chris and I have known each other since we were 14-years-old.
“We went to different schools, and we used to play out in the same street, and then we went to the same college.
“So we’ve always known each other. Then we met properly on a night out and it went from there, the rest is history.”
