We know that our spas, clinics and salons across Merseyside are experts at making us feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
With hot stone massages, revitalising facials and relaxing pedicure, they really know how to help us unwind.
But, there are also some other treatments that stray into the more unusual category.

One Merseyside clinic is offering a " Formby Facelift" treatment - aimed at making people look ten years younger without going under the knife.
New Me Clinic on Chapel Lane in Formby says the cost of the treatment differs, but is usually between £400 and £1000.
So what is a Formby Facelift exactly?
New Me Clinic talked us through the procedure - which is named after the town the salon is based in.
Sharon (pictured) first had a multi-step facial and a light peel.
Her upper eye area was then treated with anti-wrinkle injections, which work by relaxing the muscle in the chosen area.
She then had hollow areas treated with dermal filler. These are directly injected into the skin and add volume to the face.
New Clinic says its nurse manager Elizabeth has been carrying out aesthetic treatments for over 15 years.
The dermal filler treatment should last around 12-18 months and the anti-wrinkle injections around three to five months.
Formby is known for being a fairly affluent area.
People living in the area include football managers, Premier League stars and millionaire property developers.
