What if the Texans took Ole Miss OT Greg Little?

The Houston Texans need offensive line help, which is obvious to anyone who is observing pro football.

That is why Sam Farmer from the LA Times in his latest mock draft has the AFC South champions taking former Ole Miss Rebels offensive tackle Greg Little with the 23rd overall pick.

The Texans will be parting ways with their right tackle, and their starting left tackle is under contract but replaceable.

Houston currently has Seantrel Henderson under contract for a one-year deal along with second-year tackle Martinas Rankin and third-year tackle Julién Davenport. Adding Little would help Houston figure out the right solution to protect quarterback Deshaun Watson, who took 62 sacks, the most in the NFL, in 2018.

Little is from Allen, Texas, north of Dallas. While a Metroplex kid growing up, no doubt the 2018 All-SEC first-teamer would enjoy playing pro football in his home state. The Texans would be glad to give him the opportunity if he can help keep their franchise quarterback healthy.
