What happened to Kepa Arrizabalaga in Chelsea training session ahead of Tottenham trip

It's happened again, Kepa Arrizabalaga, it's happened again!

For the second time this season the Chelsea number one has discovered just how serious the squad take their punishments.

Just like prior to the 4-2 win over Burnley in October, Kepa he suffered the ultimate forfeit during Friday afternoon's training session ahead of this afternoon's Premier League clash against Tottenham Hotspur.

Tottenham v Chelsea: Frank Lampard press conference in full

Ahead of the short trip to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the likes of Christian Pulisic, Mason Mount, Fikayo Tomori, Jorginho and Tammy Abraham were put through their paces at the club's training base in Cobham.

And there was an unfortunate moment for Kepa.

As spotted in a behind the scenes of Chelsea's training session video uploaded to the club's YouTube page, the Spaniard appeared to have lost the crossbar challenge between himself and Willy Caballero.

It's the second time this has happened this season.

His punishment was once again an hilarious one, although it could have been very painful.

With his back turned, the task for Caballero was to blast the ball at Kepa

Luckily for him Caballero failed to hit the target.

Much to the relief of the Blues keeper as he celebrated with a cheeky fist pump.

Kepa will be hoping for a big slice of luck when Chelsea face Spurs later this afternoon.

In his three appearances against the Lilywhites he's yet to keep a clean sheet and conceded three in the corresponding fixture at Wembley Stadium last season.

The Blues will spend Christmas in the top four as long as they avoid defeat in north London.
